Learn Skills That Strengthen Relationships, Build Communities, and Transform Conflict.
Conflict happens everywhere: in our workplaces, neighborhoods, organizations, families, and communities. While conflict itself is inevitable, the way we respond to it can make all the difference.
CJAM's Basic Mediation & Restorative Justice Training teaches practical communication and conflict resolution skills that participants can use in every area of life. Through interactive discussions, demonstrations, role plays, and small-group practice, participants learn how to navigate disagreement, facilitate meaningful conversations, and help others move toward collaborative solutions.
Graduates who are interested in continuing their learning may apply to volunteer with CJAM's mediation and restorative justice programs.
Tuition is $300, with an early bird special of $275 if received by August 15, 2026. A limited number of scholarships are available! To request a scholarship complete the last question on the registration form.
Training sessions will be held via Zoom.

Saturday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM (5 hours)
